How it works

01
List at your price

Put the shoe on your own store, priced however you like. We do keep an eye on pricing against our MAP floor.

02
Your customer orders

You collect payment on your site, as usual.

03
You order from us

Place the matching order on this site: billing name and address are yours, shipping name and address are your customer's. We prepare the pair with your logo inside and ship it straight to them — the Handvero Barefoot name never appears on the box or the shipment.

04
We craft & ship

Handmade in 5 business days, shipped DDP straight to your customer. One tracking number, sent to you.

WHAT YOU'RE PAYING FOR

When you order from us, your payment covers one handmade pair and one DDP shipping label to your customer's door — nothing else. No stock to hold, no warehouse, no packing on your end.

DDP shipping is included in the price for customers in the US, Canada, Europe, and the Baltic states. For any other destination, a minimum $20 shipping fee applies on top. Set up your own store's shipping profile with this in mind, so your pricing stays accurate outside those regions.

The math

We strictly enforce one number: our MAP policy floor. We track what our sellers advertise, and follow up with anyone pricing below it. Sell above your floor and keep every dollar of the difference — the table below shows exactly where that floor sits for each category.

Category What you pay us MAP (floor) Min. profit/pair
Slip-ons, loafers & oxfords $99 $140 $41
Boat shoes, sneakers & penny loafers $109 $155 $46
Chelsea & chukka boots $119 $170 $51
Tall boots $129 $200 $71

These are floor numbers, not targets — pricing above your MAP minimum is entirely normal, and every dollar of that gap is yours alone.

Returns and customer service are yours

You own the customer relationship end to end — front-line support, your own return/exchange policy, and the logistics of anything that comes back.

Every foot is different, and no two brands measure the same way — someone who wears a W10 elsewhere might need a W9.5 in ours. This isn't specific to Handvero; it's true of any shoe shipped internationally without a fitting room in between.

To be clear about where the line sits: our responsibility is to craft the pair precisely in the size you order. Determining the right size for your customer — and guiding them to it — is entirely yours to own.

The gap between a well-run store and a struggling one comes down to this: sellers who point their customer to the size guide before checkout, and stay in touch through the order, routinely see their return/exchange rate drop toward 5%. Sellers who never talk to their customer about sizing tend to sit closer to 10%, or above it.

Get sizing right up front

Share our size guide with your customer before they order — it's the single biggest lever on your return rate.

We stand behind our craft

If a pair arrives defective, send us photos with the order number — we remake and reship free of charge.

Wrong size ordered

You'll need to place a new order in the correct size — no discount applies at this stage.

What gives you something to sell against

Handmade barefoot shoes aren't a commodity — these are the concrete specs and story that separate this product from mass-market footwear, and give you real material for your own listings.

A verifiable wide toe box

A concrete spec, not a vague comfort claim — something specific you can point to instead of generic marketing language.

A sole that isn't rubber

Buffalo leather soles are naturally micro-porous — a real point of difference from the synthetic soles most competitors use, and easy to explain in one sentence.

The grounding niche, covered

A copper rivet at the foot's K1 point is a detail the earthing/grounding audience specifically searches for — a niche most mainstream brands don't touch.

Zero drop as a qualifier

It's the first spec serious barefoot buyers check before anything else — having it correctly removes their first objection.

A number worth stating

250–400 grams per pair, depending on size — specific enough to use as-is in a spec table.

A story that supports your price

A 700-year Anatolian shoemaking tradition, handmade in the same Gaziantep atelier for three generations — heritage that gives you room to price above mass-market footwear.

White-label branding

Your logo, inside every pair

Laser-engraved logo on insole

Every order — your first pair or your five-hundredth — is produced under your brand. We laser-engrave your logo on the insole of every pair, free of charge from the very first pair. The box is white-label; nothing points back to us.

Have a logo? Send it as-is

Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF, DXF) go straight to the laser. Only have a PNG or JPG? Send it anyway — we convert it to laser-ready vector format for free. Best results: single color, white or transparent background, at least 1000 px wide.

No logo yet? Two easy paths

Text logotype: tell us your brand name and pick one of our curated typefaces — set beautifully, at no cost. Simple logo design: free with your first order. Prefer no branding? Unbranded production is always available.

Good to know

Engraving area is up to 60 × 25 mm on the insole; we scale your logo to fit. Laser engraving is single-color by nature — gradients and photographic logos are engraved in monochrome, and very fine details may be gently simplified for a clean burn.

Fair play

MAP policy — we protect your margin

Race-to-the-bottom pricing kills everyone's profit and cheapens a handmade product. Our Minimum Advertised Price policy keeps the playing field fair for every partner selling Handvero-made shoes under their own brand.

This matters most for dropshipping specifically: as a wholesale partner, your shelf price is somewhat shaped by your own store's context, but as a dropshipper, the price you list is the public price — so MAP is the main thing keeping partners from undercutting each other on the same product.

Minimum advertised prices

Slip-ons, loafers & oxfords: $140  ·  Boat shoes, sneakers & penny loafers: $155  ·  Chelsea & chukka boots: $170  ·  Tall boots: $200

These floors aren't arbitrary — they're set from what real sellers in the market, many of them already selling Handvero-made shoes under their own brands, actually charge.

How it works

MAP governs publicly advertised prices — your website, ads, social posts, and marketplace listings. You always set your own final selling price: coupon codes at checkout, email offers, and negotiated deals are yours to run. Prices above MAP are always welcome. Sale events are fine up to 14 days per quarter, down to 10% below MAP; anything deeper, just ask us first — we usually say yes for a good reason.

Enforcement

This is a unilateral policy we apply evenly to all partners. First violation: a friendly written notice and 5 business days to adjust. Second: partner pricing paused for 30 days. Third: partnership ends. We'd rather never use this ladder — it exists so the partners who price fairly are never undercut by the ones who don't.

Seller FAQ

How does ordering actually work?

List the shoe on your own store at your price. When your customer orders and pays you, come back to this site and place the matching order, entering your customer's name and address as the shipping address. We produce, ship DDP, and email you the tracking link.

Do I need to hold any stock?

No. Nothing is made until your customer has already ordered and paid you. One pair at a time, from day one.

What exactly am I paying for?

One handmade pair and one DDP shipping label to your customer's door. Everything else — production, customs, delivery — is on us.

Who handles returns and exchanges?

You do — it's your customer relationship. Set your own return policy and cover the logistics. Return rates vary widely (roughly 5–10%) depending mostly on how well you communicate sizing before the order is placed.

Why do return rates vary so much?

Every foot is a little different, and sizing isn't identical across brands or countries. Sellers who share the size guide and stay in touch with the customer before the order ships tend to land near the low end; sellers who skip that step land near the high end. This is true of any shoe brand shipping internationally, not something specific to us.

How long until my customer receives their shoes?

5 business days handmade production + 5–6 days DDP delivery to the US. Roughly two weeks door to door.

Will my customer see any Handvero branding?

Never. Your logo is printed inside every shoe from pair one; the box and package carry no manufacturer branding, and no invoices are placed inside.

Who handles customs and import fees?

We do. Every order ships DDP — Delivered Duty Paid. Your customer never sees a customs bill.

What if the package can't be delivered — wrong address, PO box, customer not home?

That part is on you. Our responsibility ends once the package is handed to the carrier and we've sent you the tracking number. Anything after that — a refused delivery, an undeliverable PO box, a customer who's out of town or backs out at the last minute, a package lost in transit — is yours to track and resolve with the carrier. Double-check your customer's address is deliverable before you place the order.

What if my customer is outside the US, Canada, Europe, or the Baltics?

DDP shipping is built into the price for those regions. Anywhere else, a minimum $20 shipping fee applies on top — build this into your own store's shipping profile so your margin doesn't take a surprise hit on international orders.

What if my customer ordered the wrong size?

You'll need to place a new order in the size that fits your customer. Please note: no discount applies at this stage.

What if a pair arrives defective?

Send us photos with the order number — we remake and reship free of charge.

Is the logo optional?

No — we only produce under partner brands. A vector PDF of your logo is required before your first production run. Laser printing is free.

What price should I sell at?

Entirely your call. The only rule is our MAP floor — you can't advertise below it. Above that, how much you charge and how much you keep is your business, not something we track or take a share of.

Can you handle it if I grow?

Current output is 100 pairs/day, scalable to 500. Your growth is an operations question we've already answered.

Start with a single pair.
